Welcome To Redondo Beach

Redondo Beach is a coastal city in Los Angeles County, California, located in the South Bay region. It is one of three adjacent beach cities along the south portion of Santa Monica Bay.

A lot of people say, “Redondo Beach is a hidden gem.” It’s often overlooked because of the close by gorgeous beaches, Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach, but it’s a beautiful beach city full of cute homes and great views. South Redondo is desirable because of its proximity to the water; the north part has many lower-priced homes.

The other two closest beach cities are Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach.

Home Styles In The Neighbourhood

Cottage-style houses are often described as cozy and charming. They are typically on the smaller side when it comes to square footage but have a big personality. The style was brought over from Europe, specifically England, where cottages were the home to working-class farmers.

Contemporary homes have open, asymmetrical floor plans, oversized windows, clean lines, bold curves, and strong geometry. The interior style is about textures, surfaces, minimalism, and occasional statement pieces.

If you like the conveniences that come with an apartment but are looking to own, a condo might be a great fit for you. Condos are a great option for city living and for older adults who want to own but don’t want to deal with the upkeep of a single-family home.

Schools

Redondo Beach Unified School District consists of eight elementary schools, two middle schools, one high school, one continuation school, and one adult school with the ongoing goal to strive for excellence in education through partnership, past traditions, communication with teachers, staff, parents, community members, and most importantly the children of the city of Redondo Beach.
